STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & AUDIT
We will assess the utility of your current or proposed strategy and offer constructive advice to sharpen the logic or strengthen the power of its narrative, or both. We test strategy against our principles for strategy development and propose improvements in content, method, and/or approach.
We will also work with your top team to prepare or revise your strategy. We normally work day to day with a senior manager nominated by the top team, engaging those responsible for executing the strategy in structured workshops around our strategic models to elicit the collective wisdom of the team.
COACHING AND STAFF TRAINING
In many enterprises, strategy development is assigned to a senior manager on top of the “day job”. We support strategists through mentoring, challenge, guidance, and in engaging the enterprise's top team in strategy development.
